You will be contacted by one of our schedulers to arrange your appointment and answer any questions you may have about our archival database and the process or preserving your military history.

A letter will be sent to you prior to your appointment with all the necessary information about preserving your military history.
Step 4
On your appointment date and time, you will meet with one of our expert interviewers and record your story so that future generations can hear about our military history in your words and your voice.
Step 5
Your recording will be edited mixed to ensure the highest quality sound and enter it into our archival database.
Step 6
You will receive your story on a memory card in its own presentation box bearing the seal of the branch of service that you served in. We will also add your story to our archival database so that future generations can learn about our military history.
